Here are a few mini-reviews: Wolverine – Outstanding. His character and the story are well-developed, and I look forward to more. I would rather see another Wolverine movie than an X-Men; Obsessed – A poor man’s fatal attraction without the folly and guilt of the Michael Douglas character; Monsters vs. Aliens: Outstanding and funny as all get out; Fast & Furious: The best installment since the original.

Re: Carmike: Keep in mind that many of those difficulties have occurred over a period of 10 years. Some of them do not or may not exist any more, such as the box office shenanigans. However, your own testimony says it all. And if I, a movie reviewer, who can sway dozens of people, if not more, have experienced what you have, certainly the average customer, who has only his own voice, is going to experience it, as you have already indicated. Even their own employees, some current, some former, are aware of Carmike’s poor customer relations. Carmike has already been in bankruptcy once. One would think they would go out of their way to treat their customers with respect. Their failure to do so speaks volumes. Sure, they are going to get their allotment of blockbuster films. The question becomes: Do you patronize a business that does not respect you? You have the right to expect excellent customer service for the prices you are paying, especially in these tough times when every penny counts. You have a dollar vote. Use it.
