PLANT CITY, May 10, 2008 – The Naples High School Golden Eagles have defeated previously unbeaten Pembroke Pines Charter, 5-2, to win the Girls 4A State Softball Championship.
Naples had eliminated the defending state champion Lake Wales Lady HIghlanders along the way, the team that had eliminated the Lady Streaks.
